• Identify and describe the skills and value for a professional project.
• Implement methods to find a job and thus enlarge the sectors and functions investigated.
• Be confident before a job interview thanks to the experimentation of various recruiting methods.
• Explain using the right terminology the problems encountered within high technology start-ups.

Young researchers during their post-doc.
Pre-requisite: to participate in the course, trainees must work on their personal evaluation and provide the results upon registration.
Course content
The course includes an introduction to personal skill evaluation, the clarification of professional projects, a method for job finding and a training to job interviews enabling participants to show their knowledge and personality.
- Course introduction; introductions of the participants by groups of two, participant expectations.
- The project and how to describe it orally.
- Participating in the creation of a high technology enterprise.
- The recruitment process, how to develop a list of relevant points.
- Written communication tools (letter, CV).
- Training to job interview (simulated situation).
Method
Active pedagogy with workshops allowing personal reflection and simulation of recruitment situations.
