Title
Ionising radiation effects on histones
Abstract
We wish to describe the radiation chemistry and biochemistry of histones, in absence or in presence of DNA, and to analyze the impact of the histones post-traductional modifications on their radiosensitivity. We want to locate and to identify damages under radical stress as well as the structural and functional variations. The damages localization will be carried out, amino acid by amino acid, using an original isotopic labelling method.
